Globespan consulting follows four –pronged Recruitment Process


    Understanding the client-a briefing session with the client to understand the company, its business , strengths, people policies and hiring procedures.
Understanding the requirements –going beyond the job description to get an essence of the role, Key Result Area(KRA),fitment in the business, growth path, compensation etc..


    List down skills and competencies required for the role and carryout a database map. We actively use social media and business networking sites. Headhunting and referencing is also very critical to our business.
    We have our company job portals in which we are getting lot of different databases according to the job posting
    Undertake a second detailed screening of CVs. Shortlist CVs based on the first and second screening
    Fix a Telephone conversation with each of the shortlisted candidates to assess interest, profile fit, nature of work, career aspirations, compensation fitment, communication skills etc..
    The “Final shortlist” CVs are sent to the client with an assessment sheet, providing concise information of our discussion with the candidate.


    If we are working with the client for the first time , we request to give us the clear feedback on the first set of CVs sent. This helps to understand the position in greater detail.
    We provide full support to the client from arranging interviews to working as a conduit during the compensation negotiation process. In addition to being domain experts, our consultants are mature and experienced to be able to compensation negotiations in a balanced manner.
